WebSearch: search the web using a configurable provider.

Configuration (via environment variables): RECURSIVE_WEB_SEARCH_PROVIDER — one of brave, tavily, serper, bocha, bing. RECURSIVE_WEB_SEARCH_API_KEY — API key for the chosen provider.

When no provider/API key is configured, the tool falls back in order:

  1. DuckDuckGo HTML scrape (zero-config)
  2. Bing HTML scrape (if DDG is challenged / empty)
  3. Jina AI Search (s.jina.ai, optional RECURSIVE_WEB_SEARCH_JINA_KEY)

Result format (lightweight): numbered list of title / url / snippet entries.
