Module fs 

Filesystem tools: Read, Write.

All paths are sandboxed to a workspace root. Reads/writes outside the root are rejected at the tool layer, so the model can’t (accidentally or otherwise) touch the rest of the disk.

ReadFileState

Session-scoped state tracking which files have been read (and whether those reads were partial). Injected via Arc<Mutex<ReadFileState>> into ReadFile, EditTool, and WriteFile.

ReadRecord

Per-file read record written by ReadFile and consumed by EditTool / WriteFile.
