Crate codec_multibase 

Multibase encode/decode. Decoding is panic-free on arbitrary input, including strings whose first character is multi-byte.

MAX_BASE58BTC_DECODED_LEN

Maximum decoded bytes whose worst-case base58btc spelling fits the text cap. Includes the two-byte multicodec prefix of a 4096-byte RSA public key.

Maximum accepted base58btc input length.
