Crate re_ws_comms

Communications between server and viewer.

Feature flags

• client — Enable the client (viewer-side).
• server — Enable the server.
• tls — Enable encryption using TLS support (wss://).

  Websocket host for relaying LogMsgs to a web viewer.

  Typed port for use with RerunServer
