pub fn declared_os(tags: &[String]) -> Option<String>Expand description
The host OS an operator declared for a worker, from its tags.
Written in workers.toml as os = "windows" and normalized into the
reserved os:windows tag on load, so it rides the existing tag vector
through every path that already carries a WorkerConfig.
Declaring it makes the worker exclusive: selection admits it only for
commands that require that OS, so a Windows box cannot quietly absorb a
cargo check dispatched from Linux and return wrong-platform artifacts.
Workers without the tag — every historical worker — keep taking anything.
