Module remote_compilation 

Remote Compilation Verification via SSH.

This module provides infrastructure for verifying that remote compilation actually works correctly by:

1. Applying a test change to make the binary unique
2. Building locally for a reference hash
3. Syncing source to worker via rsync
4. Building on the remote worker
5. Syncing artifacts back
6. Comparing binary hashes to verify correctness
