Crate raster_style 

Raster Style Spec v3’s Q3 binding, independent of any HTTP framework. Validation covers the schema and static cross-field constraints, not raster data availability, expression compilation, statistics or engine support.

Offline, reusable schema registry. A URL is an identity, never a field-name hint. Registration needs exclusive access; parsing and validation can run concurrently.

A normalized v3 document. Unknown declared extensions are preserved; inspect validation before execution.

Preservation is not full validation when a declared schema is unavailable.
