Where the sign-in of address comes back to, when it comes back to localhost.
The redirect_uri is looked for in the address as it is and then in the address decoded, a
layer at a time, so one nested inside another address’s query is found as well. None when
there is none, or when it leads anywhere but plain http on the machine’s own loopback with a
port of its own.
