What the tab runs to take the text out of the office document at path, a path inside the
container: docx2txt for Word’s .docx, odt2txt for OpenDocument’s .odt. None for any
other file.
Both print the text to standard output, the paragraphs one after another; the formatting is left behind, which is what showing a document as text means.
