Function snapshot_assets

Backs Assets/ up, into a git folder of its own. A workspace without the folder has nothing to back up, and no container is started to say so.

Nothing is left out but what an Assets/.gitignore names: the person asked for the assets.

Errors

A Backup/ that cannot be made, and the engine’s or git’s own words when the job fails.
