Adiabatic quantum computing simulation with gap tracking and optimization.
This module implements adiabatic quantum computation (AQC), a model of quantum computation that uses the adiabatic theorem to solve optimization problems. The system starts in the ground state of a simple Hamiltonian and slowly evolves to a final Hamiltonian whose ground state encodes the solution.
