Parses an Apple ld64 command line.
args includes argv[0] (and may start with -flavor darwin).
Response files and -filelist files are read with std::fs::read;
see crate::args::darwin for the option table. As in parse_gnu,
the options carry LinkOptions::use_process_defaults.

Returns Error::Option for unknown, unsupported or malformed options
and Error::Io for unreadable response files.
