AccountBalance
AccountBalance: Balance of QCS account in billing system. Note, a negative balance signifies that the account has QCS credits to spend. A positive account balance signifies that the account has no additional QCS credits to spend. The QCS UI may display these quantities in absolute or negative value and provide a clear meaning to the significance.
