Generate the complete _pylon schema DDL from the stdlib registry.

Every ImplStrategy::PylonFunction entry contributes one CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION statement — overloads generate separate statements and PostgreSQL resolves them by argument types. TranspilerIntrinsic entries (range, multirange) are skipped.
