A junction table, or the CTE standing in for one. Same @cte: sentinel
source_ref honours: a multi-link populated by the statement’s own nested
DML reads the junction rows back out of the CTE that wrote them, since
Postgres does not show them in the table yet.
The name the emitter gives the CTE wrapping a SELECT (INSERT/UPDATE …)’s
own mutation, and the stem of the junction CTEs beside it
(_dml__ml_add_0). Public because the compiler has to name those same
CTEs when it points a shape at them — see
read_nested_links_from_their_ctes.
