Type does not read or write the host filesystem.
Assert via T: WithoutFilesystem to prove at compile time that a
chain has no filesystem access. Grounds that touch the real
filesystem (e.g. host_read, host_write) do NOT impl this; pure
grounds (canned, empty, deny) do. Operators propagate via
AND: AndThen<A, B>: WithoutFilesystem requires both sides.

This trait is dyn compatible.
In older versions of Rust, dyn compatibility was called "object safety".
