The revision a request’s _meta names, exactly as the client wrote it.
Separate from RequestMeta::read because the two callers that need it
need it when that read fails: a version this build cannot parse is still
a version the client asked for, and SEP-2575 answers it with
UnsupportedProtocolVersionError echoing data.requested — which has to be
the client’s own spelling. The HTTP transport also compares it byte for
byte with the MCP-Protocol-Version header, which the schema says it MUST
match.
