Network message types for Proof Engine, with in-memory stand-ins.
Nothing in this module opens a socket: the “clients” here queue and
inspect messages in memory, which is useful for tests and replays. For
real HTTP and WebSocket I/O use crate::networking with the http /
websocket features. Contents:
