Kernel — query execution, proof emission, receipt assembly.

ARD section 8 (execution model), 11 (proof requirements), 13 (WASM ABI).

The kernel never sees strings. It accepts only Catalog, FactBlock8s, Rule8s, and QueryAtom8s, and emits answers + proof + receipt.
