Function on_stderr 

pub fn on_stderr<T>(show: impl FnOnce() -> T) -> T

Run show with everything it prints to stdout going to stderr instead.

For a list that goes with a question: the question is asked on stderr, so when stdout is a file or a pipe the list must go beside it, or the person answers without seeing what they approve.
