Functions

run_explicit_watch_once_v1

Sends one fully reconstructed caller-observed candidate to L8 and runs a single scheduler turn. This intentionally leaves debounce/coalescing to L8.

run_explicit_workspace_v1

Executes one complete, explicitly supplied project as a one-package L7 workspace. Package discovery is intentionally not part of this command.
