RefineMode: Refinement mode, AOS or LOS
StepPassDirection: Pass stepping direction used for pass stepping function below.

calculate_user_posvel: passes the user’s geodetic position and the time of interest and returns the ECI position and velocity of the observer
elevation_derivative: Convenience function for calculation of derivative of elevation at specific time.
find_max_elevation: Find maximum elevation bracketed by input lower and upper time.
