Deepest expression nesting the reader will build (gh#986). On a thread
whose stack is declared with set_parse_stack_budget the limit is
lowered to what that stack holds at the worst-case frame size; the CLI
runs on a 1 GiB thread and pounce-py on a 1 GiB worker (each falling
back to a smaller reservation, and a correspondingly lower limit, when the
OS refuses). A left-deep o0 sum is read flat and does not count.
