the end of the schedule. Never below this, nor below the iterations the
schedule itself spent. Every finish that converged to Solve_Succeeded
on MacMPEC took at most 411 iterations; the ones that ran past 500 all
crawled to Solved_To_Acceptable_Level (up to 3188) at a point the
schedule’s own answer already satisfies to τ = 1e-8, which the driver
falls back to when the finish does not converge.
