Builder::nest may neither equal nor sit above or beneath.
Reserved whether or not the feature that serves them is compiled in, so
that a binary which builds today does not start failing when GraphQL or the
admin UI is turned on. /_ is not in the list: the built-in routes under
it are, and the rest of it is the caller’s.
