Fast string comparison using SIMD when available.

Uses architecture-specific SIMD instructions on:

  • ARM64/aarch64 (Apple Silicon, ARM servers)
  • x86_64 (Intel/AMD with SSE2)
  • x86 (32-bit Intel/AMD with SSE2)

Falls back to standard comparison on other architectures or short strings.
