The compile level of a node, given the types of the wires feeding it. One call to crate::compile::node_tier, which is the order every builder walks; the types are needed because a node’s slot kit is offered per call site with the types the kernel fixed.

Prefer crate::kernel::PolydatProgram::node_compile_level, which reads the types out of the program rather than asking the caller for them.
