Crate plato_genepool_tile 

plato-genepool-tile — lossless bridge between cuda-genepool Gene and Plato Tile.

GeneTile is a union struct: every Gene field stored verbatim alongside its tile-spec mirror, so gene_to_tile → tile_to_gene is a perfect round-trip.
