Apply a stream object’s /Filter chain to its raw bytes.
FlateDecode (zlib, with raw-deflate fallback for non-conforming files),
ASCII85Decode and ASCIIHexDecode are implemented. Anything else - LZW,
DCT, JBIG2, JPX, CCITT, RunLength, Crypt - is Error::Unsupported
naming the filter. DecodeParms predictors (PNG optimums 10-15 and
TIFF 2) are applied after FlateDecode.
