JOB_EXIT_WAIT
How long a Windows stop waits, after terminating a daemon’s job, for the processes in it to finish exiting and release what they hold. Part of the longest a daemon’s stop takes; nothing waits for it elsewhere.
PROCESS_GROUP_SIGKILL_WAIT
How long a process-group kill waits, after its SIGKILL, for the group to be gone before reporting it stuck. Part of the longest a daemon’s stop takes.
