Reverse proxy server for pitchfork daemons.
Routes <slug>.<tld>:<port> to the daemon’s actual listening port.
Slugs are defined in the global config (~/.config/pitchfork/config.toml)
under [slugs]. Each slug maps to a project directory and daemon name.
