Takes back what a response can no longer say of itself once its body
is going to be another: that ranges of it can be asked for, and that
its ETag names these bytes.
The upstream’s Accept-Ranges and strong ETag are about the body it
sent. Left on the rewritten one, a client resumed a download with a
range of the original, or took two different bodies for the same bytes.
