POST /me/messages/{id}/createReply: create a reply draft. Returns the new draft’s Graph message ID.
The comment is converted from plain text to HTML and spliced into the
draft body via PATCH, so paragraph- and line-breaks survive Outlook’s
HTML rendering. (Graph’s own comment parameter would collapse them.)
