Processes detected image bytes using the same pipeline as ReadTool.

Supported JPEG/PNG/GIF/WebP bytes are preserved when already within provider limits. BMP and other decodable inputs are normalized to PNG. With auto_resize_images, EXIF orientation is applied and output is kept below the 2000×2000 and 4.5 MiB base64 limits.
