Bridge protocol — adapts phi-agent for SDK consumption.
The bridge protocol uses NDJSON over stdio to expose an agent to
external language SDKs (Python, Node.js, etc.). The server::ProtocolServer
manages sessions, tool registration, and event forwarding.
