RowsCounter
Shows a panel’s Table/View dimensions in its PanelTab header.
RowsCounterProps
Pure value props: no Session handle, no PubSub subscriptions. The parent (PanelTab) passes its panel’s stats snapshot, refreshed by the root on that panel’s Session::stats_changed.
