Activities the Phase 2 interactive commit loop dispatches in addition to the static-flatten allowlist. A real user edit fires change (value committed) and click (button / checkbox press); exit/enter are the focus pair some forms use for the same visibility logic. These run ONLY when the host’s interactive flag is set (via XfaJsRuntime::set_interactive), so the static-flatten corpus-parity path is unaffected.
