Page rendering with z-order compositing.

Renders a PDF page to RGBA pixel data using the hayro rendering stack.

DEFAULT_RASTER_QUALITY
The default raster mode everywhere: engine RenderOptions, facade ToImagesOptions/RenderPageOptions, and the CLI when --raster is absent all resolve through RasterQuality::default, which returns this.
