Render one page at 96 dpi, RGB on white.
Exactly the path of the render_page_png example: the same
RenderOptions (96 dpi, opaque white background), the same
PdfDocument::render_page call, and the same compositing of the
premultiplied RGBA over white. Page page_index counts from zero.
