Module pcap 

PCAP file reading module.

This module handles reading PCAP and PCAPNG files and exposing raw packets for parsing.

The main types are:

• PcapReader - File-based reader with automatic compression handling
• crate::io::RawPacket - Raw packet data (re-exported from io module)
