Crate parallax_ues 

Universal Execution State (UES) — Continuum foundation.

PIR models portable values. UES models suspended execution: control position, frames, heap roots, capability/external resource state, and optional PCIR for supported regions.

This crate provides types, versioning, safepoint reports, deterministic-replay hooks, and continuation capability matrices. Live cross-runtime stack migration is capability-gated and must not be faked.
