The complete subscribable event-kind vocabulary: every snake_case kind
name ScriptEventForwarder::event_kind_name can produce.
The authority for validating a plugin manifest’s subscriptions — a
subscription naming anything outside this list can never fire, so
discovery rejects it rather than letting it sit inert. Keep in sync with
event_kind_name’s match: a new TerminalEvent arm must add its kind
here in the same change.
