Macro test_binary_field

macro_rules! test_binary_field {
    ($field:ty, $zeros: expr, $ones: expr, $factors: expr) => { ... };
}

The full field suite, for a field of characteristic 2.

Every check that halving would reach is swapped for its characteristic-2 sibling.
