Function plan_statement 

pub fn plan_statement(stmt: &Statement) -> Result<LogicalPlan, OxiSqlError>

Transform a parsed sqlparser::ast::Statement into a LogicalPlan.

Supports SELECT (via plan_query), INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE. All other statement types return LogicalPlan::Empty.

Errors

Returns OxiSqlError::Parse if the statement structure is unexpected.
