Computes the eigenvalue decomposition of a Hermitian matrix.

For Hermitian matrices (A = A^H), all eigenvalues are real but eigenvectors are complex.

§Arguments

  • a - The input Hermitian matrix (n×n, only upper triangle is used)

§Returns

Eigenvalues (real, sorted in ascending order) and eigenvectors (complex columns)
