pub fn find_ffmpeg(explicit: Option<&Path>) -> Result<PathBuf, ExportError>

Finds ffmpeg: the explicit path if given, else the first match in PATH (with .exe on Windows).

Errors

ExportError::FfmpegNotFound if there is no such binary.
