Module mapi_initialize

Define Initialize and InitializeFlags.

Initialize

Call sys::MAPIInitialize in the constructor, and balance it with a call to sys::MAPIUninitialize in the destructor.

InitializeFlags

Set of flags that can be passed to sys::MAPIInitialize through the sys::MAPIINIT::ulFlags member.
