Seeds the orvanta-example demo use cases (#1638) into the calling workspace. Idempotent per demo, not per seed: re-running after one demo failed creates that demo and leaves the rest alone, so a partial failure is resumable rather than stuck. Seeds into the calling workspace rather than creating one — creating the orvanta-example workspace is a separate concern with its own permissions and lifecycle.
