AGENT_RULE

The canonical always-on agent rule, the single source for every per-editor rule file opys agent-rules generates. Embedded at build time so there is exactly one copy in the repo.

CLAUDE_MD_SNIPPET

DEFAULT_OPYS_CONFIG

The opinionated default opys.toml written by opys init / opys config init. A unit test below pins that it stays valid TOML.
