Module emit_models 

Model emission for IR schemas (Python dataclasses/enums/aliases).

Uses sigil-stitch high-level APIs (TypeSpec, FieldSpec, FunSpec, TypeName, sigil_quote!) for structured code generation with automatic import tracking. Each schema produces one .py file via FileSpec.
